How to Achieve your Goals for the New Year

Happy New Year!

It’s going to be a great!

Yes it is… and if you think it’s not then it won’t be and if you think it will …. then you it will.

If you’re creating your goals and resolutions today you need to remember that in creating these goals you need to also be creating good habits so that you can achieve it.

Last night on Elite Marketing Pro’s Monday Mojo Andrew Draughon really broke down the structure of habits and what’s necessary for creating GOOD habits.

It can be summed up in three basic steps

  1. Establishing triggers or cues

  2. Developing a Routine

  3. Providing yourself with a Reward

My three tips for this year however in reaching your goals are basically

  1. Taking responsibility for your goals – they are your goals, not your husband’s, your mentor’s or your upline’s

  2. Writing your goals down and reviewing them daily

  3. Creating Action Plans
